Continuing Education

We offer a free continuing education class called “Community Association Insurance 101” which counts as 1.0 hour of continuing education credit towards the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) credential. We offer to host this class virtually or in person.

Jonathan Bowers recently participated in the Community Associations Institute Law Seminar in San Antonio, where attorneys and insurance professionals from across the nation came together to discuss the pressing issues facing community associations today.

At a recent insurance symposium, Rose Bowers was a featured panel speaker, sharing her insights on a range of topics, including the evolution of risk management for community associations over the past 30 years, current trends in the insurance industry, and how the landscape has changed in response to shifting laws, technology, and emerging risks such as climate change and cybersecurity.
