Our agency was established 30+ years ago for the sole purpose of serving community associations, and we partner with carriers whose primary focus is insuring community associations. Rose Bowers was the first Chapter President of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Community Association’s institute and Jonathan Bowers currently serves on the board of directors. Our specialties include condo building insurance and homeowners association insurance.

We are an approved continuing education provider.
We offer a free continuing education class called “Community Association Insurance 101” which counts as 1.0 hour of continuing education credit towards the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) credential.
